01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with jilifub or by accessing any part of the jilifub website located at jilifub.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies that jilifub may publish from time to time on the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the jilifub platform, including players who browse without a registered account. If you are using jilifub on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

jilifub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the jilifub platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in real-money online gaming activities in the Philippines as established by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts or accounts registered on behalf of a legal entity are not permitted for gaming purposes.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of jilifub services — including real-money gaming, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation — you must register a jilifub account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on jilifub at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, jilifub reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any pending withdrawals, and cancel any active bonuses without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

jilifub is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request. This may include submitting copies of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jilifub account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jilifub strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account for enhanced security.

You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person and to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account. jilifub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jilifub's support team immediately via live chat at jilifub.net. jilifub reserves the right to freeze an account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilifub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilifub does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your jilifub account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the jilifub cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. jilifub processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but jilifub aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. jilifub reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jilifub is obligated to comply with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related PAGCOR AML directives. jilifub may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jilifub offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed basic account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion has its own wagering requirement. This represents the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived funds.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall take precedence with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern all account, payment, and conduct-related matters.

jilifub uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio environments. Sports betting odds are set by jilifub's trading team and are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended or settled.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jilifub reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players. jilifub's decision regarding the resolution of technical errors is final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilifub platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jilifub games or the platform in a manner not intended for human players.

• Registering accounts for individuals who are under 21 years of age or who are subject to a self-exclusion order.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilifub platform — including but not limited to the jilifub brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilifub or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilifub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any jilifub content without prior written authorisation from jilifub.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

jilifub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jilifub.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account with jilifub, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilifub complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all relevant National Privacy Commission (NPC) guidelines. 11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilifub's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your jilifub account at the time the relevant claim arose.

jilifub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, whether or not jilifub has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilifub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service outages, or events beyond jilifub's reasonable control (including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, and regulatory orders) may result in temporary service unavailability, for which jilifub shall not be liable.

13 Termination & Account Closure

jilifub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination of a player account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), jilifub reserves the right to withhold any funds remaining in the account pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

You may request voluntary closure of your jilifub account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus-related conditions) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) is the primary regulatory authority with oversight of jilifub's online gaming operations.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the jilifub platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through jilifub's customer support team via live chat. jilifub aims to resolve all player disputes within a reasonable timeframe and in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilifub's internal dispute resolution process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or mediation process initiated by PAGCOR.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms that are not resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jilifub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilifub will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the jilifub platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jilifub platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the jilifub platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
